becoming a breeder?

is there A site i can go to, I'm lookin into becomin a breeder and want to know what all i need to do to get things started other than breeding them. do i need to get a certain license or how all does this work?
I'm interested in this but i would like to know the steps.

Well what do you want to breed? Did you do some reading and basics of the species? Do you have the set up that you need to house them in separately when not breeding. You look here and other sights for breeder to start out etc.
