Re: shedding
How old is your ball?
How often do you feed your ball?
Shedding is directly related to it's growth. Baby balls will shed more often as they grow quicker than adults do.

What was the point on asking the question? You get a reply and this is all you can say.

Re: shedding
Kids today...
Maybe your ball "hates eating" (as you so eloquently stated) because of all the pressure on her from the media these days saying that girls need to be rail thin to be attractive. Have you found any regurges in her tank?

Re: shedding
My Lily would be the lunch lady, then. The Julia Child of rat. Without the need of class or taste.
Food is to Lily as girls are to Quagmire.
Maybe you could remove all the mirrors from it's enclosure, help it not be so self-concious (consious?).

It could totally be a bad shed. Just because she hasn't flaked off some, doesn't mean she hasn't tried.
I admit that sometimes I am a bit flaky with the misting, early morning, have to go to work, no time, etc. I keep a minimum of 50% everywhere, though. And if one is in shed, it only takes a minute to mist.
Poor Lily had a crappy shed last time because SOMEONE was a jerk and neglected her.
I'll never do that again. (She shed last night, a complete piece if I could have unraveled it careful enough)
Edit: To make it clear: Bad sheds are 98% due to poor humidity.
