help my iguana is ill what shud i do

i have just got two iguanas off some man i know and to be honest dont fink they were cared for very well one died just after i got it and one seems to have mbd due to lack of calcium and has lump on jaw from this he aint eating what should i do ??????????

u will be glad to no my iguana is now eating drinking and all round great strength is all back and is amazing the quick change is now on good diet and is coming on leaps and bounds
