I need help with posting pics............. every web page I've used has not worked. Also it is not in the help search. Any help would be great

how do we post pics.... I like this site but... hmmmm.... y cant i post pics any more.... iv compressed them iv put them on the net what is going wrong? links are there thats it.... SOMEONE PLEASE HELP US
