Kinda funnt/odd how everyone is like I'm glad the snakes lived but no one says anything about the person/s involved. Although I totally agree that I'm glad the snakes lived. I just thought I'd put that thought out there!

Yes it is funny odd as you say, but we are evolving ourselves to the point that wild caught is a no no and I am wondering how many of us are actually thinking they get what they reap???
So yes I say I do hope they got away instead of being somebodys dinner or having half of them die en route. Than we look at the economy of this country and can see why they are trying to make their money illegaly.
There is two sides to the coin and who knows which side should be up??

from what i quickly read, it said the snake were smuggled. so were they non-native. if so that could cause a piss up!
still, rather have them alive than being bled to death for some c**t to think he / she is being healed. the thought of them having their tails cut off so ppl can drink the still warm blood makes me very, very, VERY angry
