Should i worry about this???

While i was spot cleaning today i seen little white flies on my ball pythons poop and i would like to know if this is a problem or just a household pest. I have searched the rest of the cage and havnt seen more

Do you have any live plants in beside your BP? If so, it could be whitefly which is a common houseplant pest. If you have any doubts whatsoever, take a sample of the snake's faeces to a vet for testing. You need to take a fresh sample same day or if that's not possible, get a fresh sample, seal it in a freezer bag and keep it in the fridge till you can get to the vet. Hope this helps.
