Look What Came Out....

My King snake eggs are hatching, but to my surprise there seems to be two that are white to pink, and the parents aren't het for anything...I breed a 50/50 king to a normal king and out of six eggs two of the snakes are this color with pink eyes. Not sure if this is normal or not...First time breeding these two. When they come fully out of the egg I will post some pics, any info would be great. I am guessing its two snows. Hope this isn't a stupid question.

Thanks,

Jason George

If they are pink or white with red eyes, they are albinos, and your parents are hets.

Country:
If they have pink eyes they are Albinos & it is likely that both your snakes are actually het for albino to make this possible. Mark

Albinism in king snakes is more common than you may think. Yours were definitely hets.
