Lipstick plant

Hi, I got my first exo-terra cage (2nd biggest) today and put a lipstick plant as well as another in with it which im not sure of the name of. Anyways, are these harmful and are these good terrarrium plants?

The lipstick plant enjoys very bright diffused light and could be a good terrarium plant, they get quite large and grow at a moderate rate. as long as the enclosures large and bright enough i see no problem

Ok, how do u keep crickets off the plants and from them eating/chewing on the plant?

i dont believe you can short of a systemic (sp?) poison which wont help you at all. best way would be to put in enough crickets for a good meal but not enough that there will be any left over.
