Well, you never gave what size the tank is so we cannot even make a guess, and each home is different. You just have to experiment with your heating/lighting, and see what works best for you. Some people may be able to use just one bulb in their enclosure while some other people may ned to use several lights and a UTH, it varies from house to house.
Like they said, you need to give a little more information. Like the size of tank, Your house conditions. I live in Phoenix so heating is easy for me. The easiest way is to set up your tank a week or so ahead of time and buy a good thermomiter and just monitor the temp for a few days and then you will know how many and what size of bulb you need.
