I am going to guess a leopard gecko from your signature, in which case you're not going to want to feed mealworms, as their exoskeleton (chitin) is really hard for a young one to digest, and could lead to an impaction. For now, and until he is big enough to eat other insects (the feeder insect should be no larger then the space between your geckos eyes), feed him pinhead crickets.
As for calcium, offer your gecko calcium in a small bowl at all times. I have always kept them on newspaper or paper towel, with substrate in the hide to serve as a humid retreat as they would in nature. Mist this substrate (I use sphagnum moss) as to keep the area moist, not soaking. A basking spot of 90°F should be available through the use of a heat pad, with a cool retreat at around 74°F.
If your NOT talking about a leopard gecko, then I just waisted a whole two minutes typing this, so next time let us know what species your talking about :P.
