Hey, looks good.

However, it seems that the nostrils are plugged, which often comes with a RI, and it seems like there might be some slime inside the mouth, so maybe you should get him checked.

Thanks for the concern, but he has been checked out. All clear. He's in shed right now, thus the nostril bit.
