Question Screen injuries ??

Hi everyone.

First, let me say WOW for this great forum !

Since I left crikets in my chameleons enclosure free from the bowl (this thread ), I've seen my chams "snap" crickets directly from the aluminum screen lid. So I wonder they would not hurt them... Do i have to worry about it ?

Thank for your time,
Felix

PS: Sorry for my poor english

Felix,

I wouldn't worry at all - the screen has "give". What species do you keep?

But of course!!!

1.1 Veiled
1.1 Jackson's
1.2 Nosey Be Panther
1.0 Hoehnelli

Have you bred/planning to breed your rainbows? Do you know what "mix" they are? I'm just curious because there's been some talk that some combinations of morphs will produce infertile offspring, while others are fine - suggesting that maybe some panthers from different locales are actually different species. Interesting stuff!

when I first bought my deremensis I figured out that they wouldn't eat from a dish, so I had to let the crickets free roam in the enclosure. I have seen no problems with there tongues so your babies should be fine.

ps, if anyone see furcifer lateralis, any brookesia, or rudis for sale contact me.
