Question Couple of Q's

Ok first off seeing as this is my first Hondo, I'm curious as to thier feeding responce? Mine seems really shy and won't eat until night is this normal also sge doesn't seem to be very hungary. Sp far she has only eaten once and it wasn't a very big meal.

The other question is I'm lookin for some half decent care sheets for some light reading material.

How long ago did you get the snake? Maybe he is just stressed out because of the move. Usually they are pretty good eaters but some are a bit picky.

Here is a pretty good care sheet.

All colubrids have the same basic care requirments. So anything about milks, kings or corns will give you an idea.

There are a few good books out there too:

Kingsnakes and Milksnakes by the Bartletts

The General Care and Maintenance of Milk Snakes by Robert Applegate.

Milk Snakes Every Species & Sub-Species In Brilliant Color by W.P Mara.

Good luck!
