Exclamation Health Question

Actually, there may not be a health issue, just something I've never seen before...

My boa - just a wee thing, 21 inches long - just had a good clean shed. One piece, bth eye caps. In fact, her first perfect shed.

Anyhoo, after her shed we have a good 4 inch long salmon pink area on her back underneath the pattern and a smaller pink spot further down.

Skin is healthy looking but she is just *pink*. She moves well and is not tender. Ans she is eating voraciously.

Is this a potential health issue?

thanks!

Pic of the Pink Boa

Here's a pic of our baby.... Pardon the lack of clarity, I was in a rush...

You can clearly see the REALLY pink color. She shed 12 hours ago and it shows no sign so far of fading at all.

Nope. Not a burn. In fact, it isn't possible for her to get closer than 10 inches from the screen that seperates her from her heat lamp.

If it is color, wouldn't it me more uniform?

I'll try for a better pic when possible.
