I can't really tell if that is a mussurana or not by the pics.

I find that pic disturbing, lol. Only because I keep the animal thats being devoured in the pic. No different than what a king will do or even a sunbeam if the situation presents itself. I'm aware of that.

May I ask what happaned to the pit? It looked like it had a pretty bad burn? Cause its belly is pinkish/redish? Just curious why your friend was feeding it another snake.
