Looks like heat rope more or less.

I know several people have heated racks with similar products. Never used it myself however.

They are Heating Cables. If you search for Heating Cables you'll find the links.
One is used on roofing to keep snow and ice away from the edges, and the other is run along both metal and PVC pipes to keep them from freezing. I was thinking that them hooked up to a thermostat/rheostat would work.. they don't get hot enough to burn the roof or pvc so I doubt they'd burn down my enclosures..

Here are the links to the products homepage http://www.easyheat.com/Content1/Pro...ahb_detail.htm

The rof de-icing cables are fabulous!!!! A good friend of mine (uog11 on ssnakess) has used this stuf for quite some time on a rheostat, and it is incredible and cost effective. Just make sure that you have either a piece of sheet metal OR some aluminum foil over top of it to dissipate the heat.

Or you could just click on the link.. The 'site' just shortens the link so that it doesn't take up the whole page.. if you click on the link provided, it brings you right to the product..
