Question Large snake

Some of you with snakes 8+feet what on earth are you feeding them? I plan on getting a redtail boa and a BRB eventually but if I am gonna need a supply of gazel or something to that effect then that is nuts! I woouldnt beable to do it.

I had a Burmese Python a dozen years ago or so, and I use to feed him rabbits. They are not too expensive, and they were always on sale around valentines day!

.....

BRB's aren't that big. They are very slender snakes (hence the old common name). They can take large rats, but that's about it.

Even most common redtails will not get above jumbo rats. True redtails are a different matter. I feed my burm. Rabbits. I new someone that fed thier retic pigs from time to time as a treat.

I use jumbo rats, Guinea pigs and rabbits ... If u look hard enough, its often cheaper to buy one rabbit that is the equivelent of a couple of jumbo rats..
