Actually, I was thinking of the February show when I typed that. The trouble is that I refuse to acknowledge that winter exists, so the next show after November is 'spring'
The slowest show I ever saw the last 5 or so years was June 2003, probably something to do with SARS in the TO area.
Depending on what you're looking for, you may or may not find a good selection or deal. Some species breed earlier than others, so they will be in good supply early in the year, and sold out by now. Others take longer to breed, hatch or even grow to a size where they can be sold, so their will probably be a lot of them this time around. It seems to me that hatchling snakes don't really show up in big numbers until September, which I (stupidly?) assume is that they aren't sold until they're eating decently. Lizards and geckos usually eat readily, snakes can be slow to start, so they won't be ready until late. (But then what do I know about snakes, never bred them, so I could be wrong).
