I would not use dials. They are controlled by the expansion and retraction of metal coils. They are not very accurate and don't last. I would go buy a digital thermometer from your local Wal-mart or whatever kind of home superstore you have there. They are 10 bucks here in canadian dollars. Also a didn't humidty gauge. I have dial humidity gauges and they suck. Some don't go past 60 or 70 and I know it has to be higher then that.
