Herps liking music??

I just noticed my WD staring at me while I was singing to my music. When ever I just play music he never seems to notice but tonite he was staring at me, tilting his head back and forth. It was really cute. Anyone else's herp do anything like that?? Maybe he just likes my singing

I know my male savannah monitor doesn't seem to like industrial music.. he casually goes into his hide whenever i play my music. he also doesn't like the vacuume either. My other sav has no objection to the vac thou. It is interesting.

Sounds like he's got pretty good taste in tunes!

I haven't noticed any of my snakes reacting to any music but they react to seeing me since they always want me to drop a rat in for them, the damned little piggies lol.

I don't know about reptiles---but I have read some interesting studies done on music and plants. Plants thrive with mellow music--especially vibrations from classical and gentle sounds. But when played heavy metal or industrial music they're growth was extremely different (very slow)and even stunted.

Sound waves play a tremendous role in life. Negative and positive.

I think it's very intriguing.

My ball python likes to catch food while heavy metal, screamo or punk is playing..his kill isnt as efficient without. Lolz he also comes out when music is playing. But hides when "bad" music comes on =P.
