My male does that, a few days ago my male rubed his eye on the tree branch to get the shed of, also when its ictchy. As long as the branch is clean there shouldnt be a problem. Also if you want her to stop give ehr a good warm mist

Eye rubbing happens for many reasons. The most common reason is lack of humidity. You might want to try misting the cage more often. Now that the winter season is here home heating systems will remove alot of the humidty that used to be present in the air.
As Meow stated it could also be that either shed is comig up or she could could just have something irritating the eye. A nice long sit in the shower usually helps that. Just get a big plant and place it back from the water so that only splash's are hittign the plant. The warm humid air will help with alot of things. Most of all it will lubricate the eye's.
