You mentioned you got him from a pet store. Did they get it from PCPC? I don't see very much of Roy Stockwell's stock out here.
How do you know it's a nuclear?

The store told me they got these sand boas from a breeder near Calgary, they listed these guys as "Nuclear Kenyan Sand Boas" so I am going to assume they are.....
Anyone know of any Kenayn Sand Boa breeder's in/or around Calgary?
Thanks for everyone who replied

Nope, if they're not from me or from PCPC, they are not Nukes.
I'm not aware of anyone producing my line out that way, and I have not yet released any of this seasons, but they will be available from PCPC in the next week.
They just had their first shed

I don't like the sound of that at all. If someone out there is using Unkie Roy's line name and they are not from his stock that is some serious misrepresentation. The name doesn't just describe the snakes colour it represents a certain lineage and pedigree.
My two cents,
Trevor

There also was another store near by, that had hatchling nuclear kenyans, who also said they got them from a calgary breeder.
So I'm a little confused.....

As far as I know, I am the only person in Western Canada with nuclears that actually came from Roy. Considering that Roy doesn't ship, it's quite difficult getting his stock out here.

Without knowing that it came from Roy or at least PCPC you can't rightfully call yours a nuclear. That's not fair to Roy.

I would call the pet store and tell them their supplier misrepresented their stock and ask them the breeder's name and state it on BOI. Unless some little punk at the pet store decided to put that name up.
