Typically, a if conditions are adequate the female should lay around two weeks after ovulation. Any longer could suggest nesting problems.
Eggs can be incubated at 86°F. I'm not sure which species you are specifically seeking info for, but for Red or Yellow Acanthurus I've had eggs hatch between 92 - 118 days. I prefer Perilite for Monitor egg incubation and have no experience with anything else, but I have seen others have success with vermiculite and other substrates.
