Smile new leos need help pix

hello i have three pairs of leo's i know you cant keep two males together but can you house them side by side i am using 10 gallon tanks or should i put a screen inbeetween tham thanks
first pair are high yellow part carrot tails,the next are blizardsand last are striped

How old are they? you don't want egg binding do you? Do you think 2 adults or juvies enjoy being both in a 10gallon? I am not jumping on you, but just reading what you said.

thay are over one year old and over 50grams the 10gallon tanks are quarentine tanks for the next 45 days

Some of my males can see each other across the room and don't seem to mind, but I've noticed over the years that they don't like to see another male right on the other side of the glass. They spend hours staring at each other, threatening positions. Now I make sure the close neighbours are visually separated. They do go nuts if they hear mating going on next door. One pair mating can start a chain reaction of all the neighbours starting up too.
If they have more room than a 10 gallon tank with lots of hiding places for privacy, they might be more tolerant of males peeking in through the window, but I wouldn't risk it.

thanks for the advise on them .I have a backgrond inbetween them just keeping them in 10 gallons becouse i don't want to risk keeping them in the same room as all of my other reptiles untill thay have been here for 45 to 50 days same as i keep all new reptiles and birds. after thay will go into a rack the rubermaids are 24"x16"x6" per 1.2 . thanks for all of the help Paul Van Hooser

I never had a prob with my males by each other.....only had a prob when my tokay could see my juvi.....lol
