Question Breeding Superworms

This is my first shot at breeding superworms. I had always thought that they were similar to breeding mealies, which I have no problems with. Was I wrong in thinking this? So far I have had not one superworm begin to pupate. Instead they either just die off or get eaten by eachother - why they are being eaten is beyond me, there is ample substrate and a few pieces of veggie thrown in every other day. I keep them the same as my mealies in a gutload substrate with veggies for moisture, why am I not seeing any pupae? Is the life cycle the same with superworms as it is for mealies? They are kept in a room that is 80-82 degrees if that makes any difference. If anyone could give me a little guidance it would be greatly appreciated!

big diff linds
for the superworms to pupate they have to go into thier own containers like a film canister or a case divided for nuts and bolts
then they curl up into a ball and pupate
little more work but well worth the effort

i have also found that they need more heat than mealies to pupate
my mealies are pupating like nuts but unless separated like lance said and kept very warm, superworms won't change
it also takes them a lot longer and they curl up for a couple of weeks before shedding into the pupal stage
they are more high maintenance than mealies but well worth it
