My new enclosures...need some help

Hi. Thought I would post a pic of my new enclosures. Problem I am having is keeping the humidity up in them. I have a JCP in the bottom one but am struggling to keep the humidity over 45-50 even with regular misting. Anyone have any ideas on what I can do to keep the humidity up??
