New B Need Some Help

hello, i got my ball home tonight left alone for a few hours so its comfy, i noticed its real comfy it had a bowel movement already, pretty pathetic for my first post but what is the colour and consistancy suppose to be , sorry i just want to be sure i notice all the important things,, this one appears smooth and roughly the consistancy of dog food, its on news paper and the snake moved through it, again sorry if this is a dumb question any help would be appreciated

Its not a dumb question! Good that you are letting the snake settle in. I would imagine that what it looks like would largely depend on your snakes last meal. Sounds about right to me based on your description.

Urates come out as a whitish yellowish powdery kinda substance, at least they have for me so far, and poop just looks like poop to me, no matter what kinda creature it comes from..

If you feel like it doesnt look right, take a sample to the vet and have them check it out.

Also, dont let your BP slither through his poo- when you notice it in the the enclosure, get it out with baby wipes and toss it, or just go ahead and change your substrate. You dont want him running through that and into his drinking water =)

Healthy ball poop looks like healthy human poop. Also, there's no fears of leaving poop in there, if you happen to miss it, get it when you can, it won't do your ball ANY harm to slide through it at all.

but still, the thought of the poo in the water is too much for me. I have to wash the bowl out afterwards just in case. Maybe its a chick thing =)

of course you wash the bowl out if there is any poop ot urate in it, but like mykee said it won't do any harm to your Bp to slither through it if you don't haooen to catch it right away, just as long as you do clean it out within a reasonable time.
