Surprise litter!!
Here's what I found yesterday, after having a gravid Scincella reevesii for 2mths.
<img src=http://img55.photobucket.com/albums/v167/Vanan/Lizards/scincellalitter2.jpg>
Purchased the mom at the TARAS show from RonD (Thanks man!). She was probably gravid then but wasn't noticeable. A day later she seemed to have swelled all of a sudden.

Close up of the lil boogers!

Congrats.
Are they tame since they're on your finger or was that just a fluke?

lol Ron, dunno if she'll like em that tiny though. She says they look too fragile for her.
Hilde, getting the 2 to stay on my finger was pretty much a fluke as that was the first time me handling them. They are pretty skittish. Double that with the fact that they're almost as thin as a toothpick, makes it quite a struggle to pick one up.

what's the common name? They look a lot like northern alligator lizards.

Ron had them as Southern Skinks, but I doubt that means anything. Don't look like alligator lizards to me. Unless if you're looking at just the elongate body.
