Misc. Retic Shots... (Dial Up Warning)

This is my male Retic. I got him very recently. He wasn't cared for very well at all. He has a couple of nasty scars on him; looks like one was caused by a rat and the other a burn. He's 2yrs. and only 5ft. or so. He was really vicious but is calming down quite well. He's also eating like a pig.

If you don’t care for animals they stay small, because they are not healthy enough too grow. (The post stated it wasn’t cared for) My guess is along with this improper care it was underfed, must have starved the thing for it too be that small.

My guess is that he was very under fed. I've got a couple more animals from the same guy comming in this week, and it's the same story.

He just shed last week and man is his colour ever coming out. I think he's going to get brighter and brighter with ever shed, as he begins to get healthier. He looks great. I'm just stunned by how beautiful he is.

The little guy got a big feed last night of rats. He'll take anything I put infront of him. I'm offering him food every 4 days or so for now. Poor little guy is constantly hungery.

That's a beautiful animal you've got. Amazing color and clean pattern. I have to ask...are you paying for these animals or are they rescues? If so, you're supporting this person's mistreatment of animals.

I did pay for the Retic. I did so mainly to get it out of there. The others that I have coming are rescues. Buddy has some problems. These animals that I have coming are the last of his animals. So any money I gave him is really nothing in the long run. I also look at it as worth any money I paid to get the little guy into a good home. I do understand where you're coming from totally though.
