blood or shortail?

Can someone tell me if this is a shortail or a blood?

Hard to tell from that pic what ssp. it is, but I would say it is definitely not a blood...

I would also have to agree with both responses and say it is a Borneo Short Tail. It has really dark colouration.

i agree with the rest above.
Orange eys, dark colouration, and looks to have suboculars beneath the eyes.
Therefore ruling out Brongersmai.

If u posted a pic of its full body, we could all tell u for sure...

Theres wuite a difference between a red blood and a borneo.
Ones red, and the others brown/black/with yellow and white sometimes.....

Who knows, maybe its a black???

definately a short tail and more likely P,C,CURTUS, and not P,C,BREITENSTEINI due to the dark colouration

due to the suboculars being very small, in size and number, i'd say curtus curtus. short tails have a load more and malaysian bloods have none.

It has been discovered that the snake in this picture was in fact a Blood It must have been the closeup shot blocking the light that made her look so dark. I have sent a better picture of her to the sight. Check it out.
