Ready to breed?

My female Ball Python is an '01, weighs 2000 grams and is 50 inches. If I cooled her this year, she should be ready to "go" next year eh?

I would say she's ready, just pack on those grams.

Sounds great!! I'm hoping mine start to gain like that. Mine are 02 babies and I'm hoping to breed them next year!

I'm breeding some '02s now, and a couple have 'taken'. They are around the 2000g mark, you should have no problems with them next year.

You could have bred her this year.

Thanks for the replies!

She wasn't such a good eater last year so the season went by. She's eating much better now... a large/jumbo rat every 3 weeks. I wish she'd eat every 2 weeks but oh well. Now I gotta find her a boyfriend!
