PA Field herping?

Anyone know where good herping spots are in the PA/NJ/DE tristate area? Yesterday I took a wildflower class and during the walk we saw a garter snake, 2 northern water snakes and 5 painted turtles without even trying.

Just wondering where to go and what I might find if I do try.
Thanks.
