It's Easter time
A pet store near me was advertising "Have your pets picture taken with the Easter Bunny". Well, I called the pet store and asked "Are all pets welcome?" of course they said sure. Well, I loaded up my savannahs and off we went, thinking "this is gonna be sooo cool." Well, we get to the pet store, the parking lot is full, cats and dogs and bunnies and ferrets everywhere. Out of my car I pull out my babies, yes they are babies, large one is only about 26 inches. The people in line were so nice, here I am , a monitor in each hand, little one just a hissing away, people just kept moving when I got in line behind them. so nice to let us move to the front like that. Well we make it inside and lo and behold, there's the Easter bunny in all his glory. The dude has a real cool chair. well, I am now starting to get excited, wait til everyone sees these pics. This is when things went bad, I went to hand Smaug over to the Easter Bunny and can you believe he fell over backwards out of his chair? The manager showed up to see what was going on, so I being the nice guy that I am tried to explain. I tried to show him how I was handing Smaug over, and would you belive he fell over too. Floors must be slippery or something. Well, this guy was not very friendly, accually said if i didn't get out with "those monsters " he was gonna call the cops. Maybe I should have brought my friends retic.
I have half a mind to boycott Easter, but I love chocolate and Smaug and Sassy loves eggs. Whats a guy to do? Atleast I still have half a mind.

wow, they both fell over, thats really funny, i didn't think savs were so scarey. but thats so mean-there not monsters, even if the one was hissing. they should have thought better when you asked if any pet was welcome. next year take the retic =)

LMAO, it's funny that they can put on a promotion like that, and even say that ALL pets are welcome, but when it all bowls down to it, they don't let ALL pets get their pics taken..
You're better then me, i would have caused a scene when the manager told you to leave with 'those monsters'..
