It's called a Spilotes pullatus or Tiger Ratsnake. It's one of the largest in the ratsnake family.

Kukabara is my guess....They are crazy little birds that have an attitude.
I really gotta go to the Zoo again. I keep saying ill go each summer but never do. It seems like they have quite the reptile display now.
