outdoor tort enclosures?

Im planning on making, this summer, an outdoor enclosure for my russian tort...i was just wondering if anyone had good websites for tips on how to make it, im planning to make it permement too. Also on size, for an adult (mine isnt yet but planning for future) of the enclosure should be what...and how do you guys keep the grass down..do you lay a sheet of something and add your own type of substrate? Any help would be nice..and pics would be the best!!

i dont know anything but make sure u bury the wire down deep. and also i would make the wire like and L and make the part that sticks out underground pinting toward the pen. this shoudl stop escapees.
