I ordered a set of sexing probes from them, and everything went really well. They were pretty fast (1 week) for my order to arrive.
and i plan on ordering some more stuff from them as well.
I cant remeber exactly but i think the shipping charge was about 5-10 dollars when i went to pick the package up from the post office.
You can also phone this number to talk to them about shipping and anything else you need to know about your order.

Hope this helps.

you normally get nailed for like 20 bucks off a 100 dollar order ...this is an approx. value... it usually comes in the mail a month or two later...from a customs company or something...and you have a certain amount of time to pay the bill or else they will start harrassing you...
however, i always get my stuff shipped to my door.
i never get burnt on customs when i have it shipped to my post office by pro products when i order heat panels...
Pro products labels his stuff "Pet supplies" and for some reason i dont get burnt.
perhaps you can ask them to do this instead of UPS.

we had to pay duty and taxes, forget how much, when shipping accross the boarder try to avoid UPS, their customs fees are excessively high.

You didn't receive any duties because it got shipped via USPS.
UPS and fed ex are killers...
they made me pay 100 off $200US as well as $150 off a $400US package.
If you order anything from the US, try and get them to 1) ship USPS and 2) mark down the price of the actual value of the product.
Something i learned the hardway....

Definitely stick with USPS, and I have never had a problem...UPS on the other hand..
I will not use any company that exclusively uses UPS, for all the forementioned reasons. Surprise invoices, over charges, "creative" charges.
If you really got to get it there, then you are really gonna pay
