I put them in a plastic bin with a lid on it.... that or I hold them in one hand and clean with the other.... but that can be a bit difficult at times.

my snakes I put around my neck.. they are still small enough that I can do that safely. Soon my BCI will be too big! then Kenn can hold her!

I have carriers for all my herps that i made from tupperware containers. They go in there when it's time to clean, or i make my boyfriend hold them. If it's just a spot clean i won't bother taking them out, i get in there clean it out and close the screen.

I put them in a small rubbermaid container, or hold them.

When I clean my animals enclosures... I:

Larger enclosures - (for the bigger beardie) I leave the animal in.

Snakes - I put them in snake bags/pillow cases or rubbermaids.

Larger lizards - Let them run around the room or put them in rubbermaids.

Smaller lizards - I put them in containers/rubbermaids.

Small rubbermaid containers for both snakes and for rats when cleaning them. Not at the same time though...
