You have to have a coolness level of at least 7 on a scale of 1 to 10. You can’t be any more then a 4, so it’s really pointless to ask.

what i think SCReptiles is trying to say is to first calm down and be patient..
first edit a picture to 100 pixels x 100 pixels then go to the user control panel and edit profile or edit options i forget which one then go to the avatar option and the rest is self explainitory

You Go to "Profile" at the top of the page... then "Edit Options". Down a the bottom you'll see "change avatar", or something along those lines. There's a tonne of preset ones you can choose from, or you have the option of uploading one from your own computer (just make sure that it's 100 x 100 pixels or smaller).
