A bullsnake from south of Canada..
Just thought I'd share a few pics of a bullsnake I found yesterday. This is just a little south of Canada (try south Texas!)
He was just a little animated, I'd say...

Thanks. He was from La Salle county. Found him basking on the road. I thought he was a stick at first, but something didn't look right so I went back. This was Nov 5 that I found him and took the pics.
I am using a Nikon Coolpix 4300 camera. I think you can get them pretty cheap now. It still does the job, I think! If you like, I have tons more pics of all sorts of snakes on my website (plus a photography section with all sorts of photos).
