That all depends on how well the snake eats and how well it's fed. If it's fed one apropriate sized rat (not mouse) every 5-7 days and is kept at the ideal temps it can be at adult size in 18-24 months. Some balls keep growing to even larger sizes but most don't get much bigger then the 4' mark in the time I wrote above.
