Some blood after shed

I noticed a few small blood streaks on the floor of my bp's hide this morning. Shed had a full shed during the night, and it all came off in one piece. Do snakes sometimes bleed during a shed? I checked her over and I don't see where she could have bled from. Any ideas?

yeah, completly normal. I guess you could call it somewhat of a "nose bleed" just not nose!

And does this blood normally come from the vent?

That happened to me too, and it did come from the vent; and just a little bit, as well.

It is normal but it doesn't always occur which is maybe why it's the first time you've seen it.
