Post Python Curtis (Black Short Tail)........Qs

Hello,

I'm looking to get a Black Shortail Blood, and from what I've been reading they are the smallest of the bloods. I just wanted to try and reach out to those who own these guys.

I need to know how big an enclosure should be for a full grown male, and how big I should expect him to get?

How big can I expect him to get in a year? second year?

Also, if you have pics of you holding your adult male Black short-tail, please post them.

I will be looking for a young male within the next few months or so. Any links to breeders would be helpful also.......

Thanks so much to those who can help,

Lu

4x2x1 is the smallest i would go to comfortably cage it.
expect it to get a good 4 feet.
after a year, it should be a good 3 feet.
by the end of the second year, it should be 4 feet and thick.
in its third year it should max out at whatever it maxs' out at.

i believe d & j reptiles in new york/new jersey have some.

dont have a pic of me holding an adult, but i will post a pic of me holding a yearling soon.
