lol, i dunno, it seems like an okay idea? Except for the snake being able to get out of it, seems like an okay way to let it roam around outside without losing it?

LOL that's worked for this many years! Personally I don't think the snake would be anything short of stressed out by having a restraint device around its neck. Not exactly a pleasurable stroll in the yard
