Auestion On Housing

I have 2 Baby Beardies, roughly 3 months old. I just got a 5x2x2 tank for them. (not in there yet still a little too small) But I was wondering if I could house 2 in there (1 male and 1 female) without any problems or should i seperate them because the male will try too breed alot faster then the female will be ready.

There's always going to be risk if you house 2 beardies together. Same with them breeding too soon. You sort of answered your own question. I housed my 2 (1.1) together and probly will until there is a problem (they've been housed together since they were a month old and it's been almost 3 years). they are getting ready to go into a 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 x 2 1/2 enclosure with the possibility of one more female.

But remember there is always a possibilty of something going wrong since you cant be there all the time. good luck

Jamie
