LOL, I had one fall out of a 40' Oak Tree and land in front of me the other week. Oddly enough, i caught the same snake last year (very distinct scar). I love these little guys but the maintenance is like a lizard! You have to feed crickets several times a week. I had been looking for one to add to the educational display. I figure I had caught it and turned it loose once already and this time it was aiming for my head! After a couple days, I went to change the water and found 6 eggs! Guess I don't haveto sex it

Hey Matt,
Well I found this guy under a piece of wood on the side of a road, the last place I would check for a green snake - I was looking for skinks. I have seen them way up in trees too. I find it hard to stay focused and search the trees, I am always wanting to stare at the ground.
It was a very hot and sunny day (maybe too hot and that's why it was under cover).
Sorry I can't be more help to you
Cheers

Wow! That's a great looking pic and snake! Is that snake a colubrid by any chance? Sorry for the stupid question, it's just that I've never seen one before.

Yes it is a colubrid. Just different from most.
