plastic caging opinions needed

I'm looking at starting to make plastic caging to start selling on top of melamine cages. I'm trying to figure out what people like best about them such as style,plexi/glass,size,sliding or hinged,stackable,litter dam and other issues about plastic cages. i'd really like some opinions if possible. I was looking at using HSPS(high density polystyrene(sp?) or pvc. I was leaning more towards the sliding glass such as on the vison cages and the rest of the cage build similar to the boafile ones.

I like sliding plexi. I always drop glass when fidling with cages. So indestrucatable has my vote. I also prefer plywood/board cages, not the mdf with melamine. Thats what i would look for in a cage. Also water proofed, at least at the bottom 3".

I recently purchased a Boaphile 322D and it's swell! Super light weight (I can move a 3'X2'X17.5" cage by myself and I'm 5'3"). Easy to clean! The hardware is great- secure but easy enough to open one handed. This is important when you've got 7 ft of snake in the other hand. I like the bottom hinge, front opening as it gives me a barrier between my hungry snake and my hand when introducing prey items to prevent stupid feeding mistakes. Having the door about 2" off the floor of the cage acts as a litter dam as well. The installed heat tape option is working well also. One of the things that helped me to decide on the Boaphile (versus other companies) was simply the color, basic black. I think most snakes appreciate their dark cavey home. Stackable is definitely a plus in my book.

Just some thoughts about what I like in a plastic cage...

I've only used tubs. But i like cages that are not fancy. I hate all tose stupid bumps and curves to make the things look fancy. I like simple square, easy to fit newspapers in. Its all about simplicity, then durablity, IMO. I also HATE lights inside the cage. I much prefer (if there has to be lights at all) to have them on the top or back, with a glass/plastic/wire gaurd. So that NOTHING can get at it from the inside. They just my preferences, everybody likes somethign different.
