Updated pic of female ball
Well, I haven't been much of a fan of balls, actually, I thought they were quite boring, and while, I still think they are, I'm beginning to like these guys a little more. I suppose b/c I now have bp's that EAT! And eat well, they feed each time I offer. The only requirement is that I microwave the food (~3secs) so it's "piping hot". They smell, then strike. Which I like a lot. I also keep them really hot to get them hungry as well. I won't say I'm converted (die hard Colubrid person), but I got to say, feeding bp's are really nice. I could get to like the species a bit more.
Anyhow, here's my female bp. She's a real beauty I think.

About 1/3 down her body, you'll notice some discolouration. Well I had a nice terra cotta plant pot in with her, and she decided to go into the hole and get herself stuck. So I tried to wriggle her out of it, and eventually resorted to using a hammer to crack the pot, but by then, she'd already damaged herself. Why oh why, do snakes do that?! It used to have plastic plant pots in with my snakes, but a few of them got themselves stuck in the holes at the bottom, so we got rid of those. I thought the terra cotta pots would be safe, nope! Argh!

lol, Beautiful Snake. I'm a BP person all the way. I don't see why you have to like one type of snake only. Why can't you like all types of snakes???
