Cage Project need help

Hi everyone,
I'm getting ready to build a large shelf type enclosure with a very large cage on the top for a green basilisk, one the same size as it under for a ball python, another one the same size below it for a BRB and to smaller ones side by side on the bottom for a pair of milk snakes and undecided on the otehr cage. I was wondering what the best bet would be for veiwing windows and access to the cages and I was wondering how much noce plywood cost. Plus any other advice would be great thanks!

Plus what would be the best way to heat these cages? Also what is a Rheostat used for?

A Rheostat is used to control the amount of electricty flowing to your device, almost like a dimmer so you may control how hot it gets. A must have for Radiant Heat Panels or Heating Pads.

If you are building your own enclosure I would recomend the extra money and purchase a Radiant Heat Panel. Your other options of course are Heat Lamps mounted inside the enclosure with a protective cage around it, or a Heat Pad covered in Glass or something of the sort and then covered with your substrate.
