Remember I told you I had a premie hatch 15 days early. well. she is 11 days today and although I have to hand feed her still she is doing so much better. And guess what!!!!!! She now opens her eye that was closed almost all day. I don't know why but I decided to try wetting it with a q-tip to see if I could see the eye and sure enough it was alright inside, but she wouldn't open it. After it was wet she would kind of pop it and leave it open for a few seconds. So I wet it once a day and she would leave it open longer each time. She has it open most of the time now. Funny though, I think she is spoiled because even when she has it open when I open the cage to feed her she closes it when she sees me. lol. She eats 2x a day and is such a little sweetie.
Here is a picture of my "Little Annie".
And here she is eating. See how small she is. She was about 6 days in these pics.
