Is Hannibal a MONSTER?

This is my baby burm that I have had for one month! Hannibal is almost a month and a half old and already 2 feet 7 inches. He was born at 18 inches and when I got him he was 21 inches. He shedded today and the last time he shedded was 3 weeks ago. I have been measuring him every few days and notice an inch or two of length growth everytime. He is eating one f/t rat pup every 5 days (I believe is regular feeding). I am looking forward to a 15 footer but is this going to become a huge 20 foot snake?

I got a male for a reason!!!!!!

I doubt he will get that large 20 ft. is pretty big for a male they average around 12 to 16 ft. Remember that burms grow something like %200 in thier first year.

The burms now are smaller then the burms earlier mostly because of inbreeding now they get around 13 t 17 f.

I agree with Colonel SB it won't get 20ft + maybe if it was Female even then it would be slim chance. But you have a nice looking little Burm there here is one of my Burm's She is 2 year's old in the pic and at 14ft long

...

Please enlighten us all on how inbreeding has decreased the size of Burmese Pythons in captivity.
